Why does my L 730 battery after fully charged goes back to 98?

L 730 battery after fully charged goes back to 98%

I have 3 days old L 730. Its always back to 98% after charged. And my last charge its stops at 99% and doesnt move to 100%. Are you experiencing this problem?

Im asking a microsoft/nokia employee in an expo in indonesia they said its normal cuz she had the 730 with this kind of experience. Im not believe it and try to get the question online

About the 99%.
If you have a battery app on the screen it can not show 100. If you open it it shows 100%.
Did you check this.
Is this the case?
