Fhotoroom Login Problems After Lumia1520 Reset

I am an avid Fhotoroom user, I had to reset my lumia1520, redid all, everything is working great except Fhotoroom, it isn't letting me login, now change password, I've emailed support & they keep sending password resets, understandable, except it isn't working, could someone PLZ help me access my fhotoroom acct, I don't want to loose my account as has happened first time when bought lumia1520, same issues, so created new acct which user name da~chipster email payingit4ward@live.com, Microsoft acct is set up duel auth, as is other email account, appreciate anyone's help!!
