Not knowing what service, what style of SIM, who the mvno thinks you want to connect to, what phone you are using it with, how you activated (phone vs internet vs chat session), did you port over a number... did you wait for the port to finish...
If you can't or won't join it will be almost impossible to provide good help as we need you to reply with specifics.
Otherwise go to the point of purchase and or the carrier you are trying to activate on and seek help.
