Why am I getting an error message when trying to play music on my Nokia?

Problem in Nokia music service

Hi,
I am using Nokia Lumia 510 and I am not able to use Nokia music. Whenever I tried to sign in it shows "We can't get through - Sorry. There's a problem reaching the music service. Try again in a moment." I am facing this problem from last many months. Could anyone tell me this problem is in my phone or in Nokia music service. If it is in Nokia music service. Anyone know about how much time will it take to rectify ?
