Why does my Lumia 535 just show loading and I can't play any videos?

I can't play any video on my lumia 535 it just shows loading loading loading....!!!

what should i do please anyone help me out on this....!!!

This may be a ridiculous question but... Have you tried turning it off and on again? It happened to me once on wp8.0 and a reboot instantly fixed it, you can also try taking out the memory card and putting it back in and see if that makes a difference.
