Why am I getting an error message for my sim card on windows blue hd unlocked phone.
I have a new windows 8.1 blu hd phone. I put a micro sim for virgin in slot 1 and keep getting an error message that the sim is not working, however the virgin sim is recognized on the phone as being active. How can I make the phone default to using sim 1 slot and not sim 2?
