How do I get Artist Backgrounds in Music App?

I have a Nokia Lumia 928. I recently got the update to Windows Phone 8.1. When I listen to music I intermittently have the album art come up. But my big complaint is that I don't have the artist background coming up. Is there any remedies for this? I got to get it to work for like 30 seconds but can't get it to work. I've searched the internet and have had any success. Any suggestions?

Windows Music app sucks. Check out "musiXmatch" player. The Best Music & Lyrics player for WP At this moment. It automatically downloads artist background for your songs.

Set up your xbox region to US then go to xbox music app, search the artist u want to have a background in the app then tap "search more in store", then play the top result, u will see three dot menu below the playing music, tap it then tap the "add to collection"

U need to do it manually for each artist.... Sorry but this is all I've got.
