Lumia 1320 or Lumia 730

Which phone should I get?
My current phone is Lumia 520.

The 1330 will more then likely be out in the first quarter of this year. So take that into consideration if your considering a 1320.

It depends, unless u really want a big display 730 is the better choice.
Only way 1320 can outdo 730 will be in perfomence since its using a lot more powerful processor despite being dual core.
But the 730 will be more future proof.

I am a big fan of lumia but this isn't going the way we want how long am I going to convince myself that windows is getting better but they really aren't..I decided to buy blackberry since they have support for android, not going for Samsung cuz I don't like them.. I'll get back to windows when win10 hits up

Well I dunno how long u have been using WP but I know as a user from WP 8.0 early days that WP improved leaps and bounds in the last 2 years. Even the apps and games which used to be so little back in the day are now more than enough for the average user.
I dunno how u feel WP isnt getting any better but if WP10 is what u are waiting for then sure, its coming to all Lumias anyway.

1320 is a good phone and has quite some potential. The 730 is a phone for narcissistic folk because of the selfy cam. Ad some more money and look at the 830 witch is also a good phone.

I believe OP is from India and if that's the case then 830 costs twice as much as the 730 so its not a real option for a guy on 730 budget. Same thing with 1330 too I reckon since the 1320 when launched was priced close to the 820.

I have no intention of leaving windows phone. But I need a better phone than my current Lumia 520. Lumia 1320 is old but it has a better processor and Lumia 730 has a better camera on both sides. So I can't decide which one of them to buy.

I have both the phones and both are very different in what they offer! Antutu benchmark results are obviously better with the 1320 but the 730 with it's OLED screen and better cameras do make up for a shot at it.

What are they behind at? As a user of both OSes at their latest soft ware I find WP a lot more attractive than android. The only reason why android is better will be the apps and more customisation but that's closing fast.

Trust me if u don't need the screen real estate of the 1320 then 730 is simply better. Processing power doesn't matter as much since both got the same amount of RAM and GPU.

As for the screen...oled of the 730 is better than the screen of the 1320....until you get in the sun.

I'd get the 730 just for the smaller size.

The 1320 is a fine device though. I'd say it comes down to the cameras, screen size.

I think lumia 1320 would be a better option in my opinion.You get great specs with lumia 1320.lets see some of the key features of lumia 1320 and see how it stacks against 730.First think that comes to my mind is battery.1320 has a massive 3400mA it lasts pretty well too considering its big screen.But I heard 730 doesn't have a good battery life.CPU:1320 is clocked at 1.7GHz while 730 is 1.2GHz.Internet connectivity is far better on 1320(42.2 Mbit/s)vs (21.1 Mbps on lumia 730).as most of theme said,lumia 730's OLED screen is better, no argument there.but you wouldn't really see that much of difference in screen quality between these two despite 730 having better screen resolution.That wont be a problem for you.Coming to camera,I can say that lumia 1320 has better camera than lumia 520.We all know 520 has phenomenal camera quality for its price.so definitely 1320 will be more than enough for your casual photography.and it has 3MP front cam too.Lumia 1320 is fantastic mid-range phablet.It will be far far better than lumia 730 in terms of your web browsing, document editing,and watching movies etc.If size is not a problem I strongly recommend you to go for lumia 1320.You wouldn't regret buying it,i bet you will absolutely love the device.so there you go, you have your answer to your dilemma.
