How to access PC's internet on Lumia 530 windows 8.1 phone?

Its best u get a wifi router or else u can buy this on ur PC.

Do you mean you want to sync your browser? Make sure you are signed into the same Microsoft account on both Windows 8.1 devices(PC and phone)

If you mean you want to connect to the Wi-Fi that your PC is also on, choose Settings, then Wi-Fi, switch the tab to On and select the appropriate network then enter the password when prompted.

If you want to access your PC from your phone, install Remote Desktop from the store to remotely see your PCs screen.

If neither of those are what you are looking for, please clarify your request.
