I would suggest you try the following.
•Go to settings > time + date > turn set automatically OFF > set the time, date and time zone manually.
Sync your account (Go to SETTIN > Email+account > Microsoft account and sync your account)
•Go to settings > storage sense > phone > temporary files > delete > Internet Explorer settings > delete history.
Once this is done, press and hold the down volume button + the power button until the phone vibrates and reboots. (Soft Reset)
Once it reboots, try syncing your account again and then try to update again.
