Windows 8 blu phone keyboard change or customization?

Hello there, I was wondering if anyone knew how to change or customize the keyboard on my phone. The keyboard can confusing and slow. If anyone knows anything on it, can you let me know? That would be great, thanks for reading.

You can find the relevant settings there, but they may, or may not, help in getting your keyboard more responsive.
Tap the languages enabled in there to see the options. I recommend disabling swipe (last option under English keyboard) if you're on 8.1.

Thank you very much, that really helps. But I was wondering if its possible to change the keyboard overall, as in how it looks and works. I tried installing an app from android to see if it I could say for example, change it to an iPhone keyboard, but it was useless. Is there anything else I could do?
And no your profile picture doesnt look creepy
