Why am I unable to install apps on my phone?

apps was not installing in my phone

my phone lumia 520 was with software 8.1.store was not connecting and it was displaying want mother settings.apps are not installing.....

Go to SETTINGS > EMAIL + ACCOUNT and tap on Microsoft account to sync it. (maybe you need to put your password in)
Check if date and time are correct.

Try again to download app.
