The My Family page says "No Windows Phone 8" even though my child has a Windows Phone 8/Windows Phone 8.1.
To see a Windows Phone on the My Family page, you'll need to first sign in to the phone with your Microsoft account. Then, when you sign in to My Family with the same account, the phone will show up.
If you've done this and you still don't see your phone on the My Family page, the phone probably needs a little time to sync. You can speed things up by backing up the phone.
.... I followed all these steps and I still can't set up my family on my son's Nokia Lumina 635. Please help! Will this really work or if he uses wi-fi the settings will be override?
I would like to set up parental control, if possible, set up "safe search kids" from google or if necessary, completely delete internet explorer from his phone.
