rolling back to lumia black from cyan....plzz help..

I want to roll back to Lumia black from Lumia cyan... Any way whether official or something else... I just want to get rid of that.... Can go to any extent to fix it... Plzz feed with some genuine solution.... It was done by nokia care service centre.without my consultantion when I took it to them for repairing my device broken touch...... I really sucks... Hangs in between.. Eats battery like monster and I miss those people and photo hub.... Why they(Microsoft and nokia personnel) are forcing us to continue to use it...??

At some point you will have to update the phone, but for now you can download the Lumia Recovery Tool 5.0 and use that to bring the phone back to WP8.0

You didn't mention which phone ...

Search 'Lumia (your model #) Service manual' >> @ the end of the Service Manual, there is a key combo which will do a HARD RESET (don't forget to backup your data / pull your SDcard) & take it back to original (factory) status. From there, you can update to whatever version you want.
OR
you can get NSU (Nokia Software Updater), but I believe that'll re-install current version (which is probably what they did @ service.)
