Why am I unable to download Denim on 928 or watch videos?

[Windows Central Question]

Can't download Denim on 928 or watch videos

When trying to download the update it reads
The update downloaded but couldn't be opened (801881d0)

Or

The update couldn't be dowloaded. (801881d0)

I've been trying since Friday 10th till today. I have done 10 resets. Checked internet connections and whatever else was recommended. Also I can't watch videos.

Make sure date and time are accurate for your location.

Remove any restrictions in Data Sense.

Make sure your Microsoft Account will sync.
