i assume you're talking about the lock screen.
Go to settings > Lock screen
You can download apps that change lockscreen image periodically or choose your own pic.
In case you're talking about home screen you can go to settings > start + theme and change it from there

Do you mean its pinned to the start or your actual background? If its pinned, hold down on the logo and press unpin. If its the background, go to settings, start+theme then remove photo.
