AT&T UVerse Internet
Hello,
I am having an issue with my AT&T UVerse internet service and my Windows 8.1 phone, laptop, and tablet.
My OneNote programs for the PC and backup utilities for the phone will not sync, they report back with a "server is busy error code 0xE0000790"
Neither AT&T or Microsoft have been able to assist.

Has anyone else encountered this or have a solution?
