Why can't I Extras+infos on my Lumia 630 dual?

Can't access to Extras+infos In lumia 630 dual,

while i try to get into the extras+infos from settings it just keep kicking me out from it while i try to get into see the detail of my phone, how to solve the problem? thanks in advance.

Usually a Soft Reset fixes most issues, so try pressing and holding both Volume Down + Power buttons until the phone restarts.

If above post didnt help, check this one ...

Reinstall the app, it should solve the problem.

-Go to settings > date+ time --turn off automatic date and time setting.
-set the date to 2115 year
-go back to Settings try to open extras+info.. Uninstall it.
-Fix your date.. Turn on automatic setting.

Now install the app -extras+info. You can find it in SysApp Pusher (another app from store)
