    Nah, most PC apps are made for the x86 architecture which Intel uses and thus can't be used on any ARM based phones.
    But if MS makes a phone using Intel chip u might be able to do that.

    In the short term... It means the Win RT and Win Phone catalogs are expected to merge... In the long term, I believe that is the goal.
