    With this little information it is difficult to help you. But the ringtones have to be saved on the ringtone directory on the internal memory. If you save the on the SD card it will not work.

    If this info does not solve your problem than please create an account on WC and reply on this post.

    If your downloaded ringtones are saved in the "Downloads" folder in your phone, you need to transfer them to the "Ringtones" folder. This can be done with a file management app, such as Microsoft's Files app. All supported audio files transferred to the "Ringtones" folder can be used as a ringtone, or even an alarm.
