How do you save a picture embedded in an email message in Windows 8.1 Outlook App?

In the outlook app on my windows 8.1 machine, I can see the photos in the viewing pane but can not figure out how to save them to my hard drive.

Have you tried to tap and hold such an image? This usually brings up one of those modern UI context menus. I haven't tried that myself, as I barely ever receive emails with embedded images.
