Data accesses not found in my windows phone Lumia 535

I already have huge data but I could not have data accesses in my windows phone Lumia 535 & I could not understand why it is happening

Are you asking how to enable your mobile data on your 535?

Do a web search for "<your carrier name> APN MMS settings"

On the phone go to Settings > cellular + SIM > SIM settings > edit internet APN - also - edit MMS APN > make sure all values match those from the web search for your specific carrier.
