Which should I get? Start Perfect (by Matthew Miller) or Tile Editor 8.1 (by Venetasoft)

Please list pros and cons, I would like to make a well informed decision. ^^

I actually have not heard of the latter, so I'll go check that out!

But Start Perfect is compelling, at least to me, because of the transparent OneNote tile it offers.

Well I bought start perfect and it looks great, no nonsense and easy to pin tiles. Includes 2 other apps also, the designs and settings tiles.

My only gripe is that it hasn't been updated since May last year.
Does Tile Editor support all the apps Start Perfect can pin AND more?
