    I downloaded some wall paper images and the phone saved them in 'downloads', but i can't find the downloads folder.

    That's strange, because downloaded images are usually saved in the "Saved Pictures" folder, not in the "Downloads" folder. At any rate, you should be able to see this "Downloads" folder using a file-management app, such as Microsoft's Files App and navigate through Phone > Downloads. You can also access this folder by connecting your phone to a computer and navigating to the same path.

    By default, this "Downloads" folder may not be visible through the Photo Hub. The "Saved Pictures" folder, on the other hand, is visible in the Photo Hub.
