Windows 10 upgrade on SSD

Hello,

I have Windows 7 Pro Licensed installed on HDD,

Is it possible upgrade to Windows 10 on SSD drive not on same HDD?

Your question is rather vague. It's possible to INSTALL Win 10 on a separate drive. Since you've given no details on how your drive is attached to your computer, I'm afraid I'm not qualified enough to give an answer specific to your needs/wants.

My best guess would be that your SSD is an external drive connected via USB, in which case its possible to install Win 10 on it and boot from USB.
