Is Red Laser going to fix their app?

I don't think RedLaser has worked on my phone for a couple months now. Are they dropping windows phone support? Open the app and it says no internet access.

I have sent them a couple emails, no response, so it seems like they have shutdown windows operations

Seems this is a common issue. Here is their support page. I haven't used it in awhile. Looks like it is having an issue connecting to their servers.
