Why isn't my Nokia Lumia 525 responding?

My phone Nokia Lumia 525 is not responding

I bought Nokia Lumia 525 before a year, it was not used last 3 months. So I think my battery was dry. While I put charging to my phone, the display shows battery symbol with question mark(?). Please anybody tell how to fix it....

It's just entirely empty and doesn't have enough charge to power on just yet. Give it another half an hour and it'll automatically boot up just fine.
