    Hello, I'm starting med school next year and I'm really interested in buying the Surface Pro 3. But the problem is, I'm afraid that the screen size would be too small as I'll be spending most of my time reading e-books, power point slides etc....
    I need to know if I'll be able to spend hours on it and read comfortably.
    Any tips would be appreciated.

    It's imho perfect for these purposes. And for serious working I connect an additional display.

    Yup, what dKp1977 said. Nothing beats a large screen but you're not going to want to carry that around. For a portable device, I have found no screen better than the SP3 screen!
