    Try holding the volume up key then hit the Windows key. That should turn off ease of access for you.

    Without a doubt you turned on the narrator without reading the adjacent link in 'Ease of Acess'

    "Narrator (beta version) is a screen reader that reads text aloud to allow users who are visually impaired, blind, or otherwise have trouble reading to use a Windows Phone. Once Narrator is turned on, you'll need to use Narrator-specific gestures to navigate your phone."
