My windows phone froze and nothing is working

I got a txt and went to check it & my phone is froze and i have tried everything. The soft reset is not working.please help me!

Which model is it? If it had a removable battery you can pull it out, hold the power button for a few seconds and then reinstall the battery.

power button isnt working and holding power button and down on volume button isnt working either

Weird, I had the same thing but I had to hold onto the power button for what seemed like ages. Is it out of battery?

Battery pull should always be a last ditch, tried absolutely everything and absolutely nothing else works I am desperate and all out of hope solution.

Battery Pulls on devices that are powered on are hard on hardware and software it can break and corrupt things and cause more issues.

It's like stopping your car by running it into a brick wall at speed. Depending on the speed, you may walk away laughing or you may not walk away at all.
