What do you mean by slowly? And how long have u been using it?
Did it happen after installing a particular app or update?
535 uses the weakest CPU in the market right now so u shouldn't expect blazing fast performance... Having said that, its not normal for it to lag on everyday tasks.

1 Try a soft reset.
2 If you have a class 4 SD card change it to a class 10.
3. If you use Cortana and pin the app on your start screen unpin the app.
