What it the difference in video settings 2160/24fps or 2160/30fps?

video settings 2160/24fps or 2160/30fps ?

hi, I m confused what is the difference between 2160/24fps and 2160/30fps ? are they both 4k ? what setting is best ? thank you.

They're both the same resolution (image quality), but the first one has a frame rate of 24 frames per second, the latter 30 frames per second. 30 frames per second looks a little smoother. In practice though, the difference won't be very noticeable.
Both are 4k.
