Why is the Windows Insider App being shown as no longer published on the winowsphone.com website?

I have the original app developer preview but now that all of the 928's have the Denim update mine is no different than any other 928. On a side note I recently had to do a hard reset and for some reason I lost the ability to have the weather app on my glance screen. Not only that the reason for having to even do this hard reset did not resolve my original issue which has to deal with the screen going black during phone calls and not being able to wake it up in order to get access to the dial pad and other options during a phone call. I hate to say it but I've never felt as frustrated as I do now about the state of my WP.

Why not start fresh? Backup >> Reflash to the Denim >> Update to latest OS using preview for developers >> Reset >> Start using phone

I had a similar issue with a 928 and an Icon where the device screen would go black during a call and could not be reactivated. The issue was not OS but a faulty proximity sensor. Luckily both happened under warranty.
