Why is my Lumia 930 internet sharing speed limited when I connect it to my computer?

Lumia 930 internet sharing speed

I have lumia 930 and 4g connection on it. I get around 60mb/s on speedtest.net on the device but seems like the connection is limited to around 24mb/s when i connect my computer to the phone with wifi, is this some sort of hardware limitation or what?

It could be your carrier detecting a tether and giving a lower speed.... Check your Terms of Service.

It could also be a hardware limit on your PC. I've no way of knowing what your rig is.

The problem is solved now. The issue was the option in data sense - set limitation - was set to "not set" as default when i changed it to unlimited it started working with full speed.
