Why am I unable to access data while I'm on a call?

i am unable to access data while i m on a call

Sir I bought lumia730 yesterday only.when I receive a call on 1st or 2nd sim I cannot connect to data or access whatsap or other sites while on a call..both of my sim have data connections..plzz solve my problem

First step... Check your carrier(s) website and confirm that their service allows voice and data at the same time. Many do not and there is not a phone trick in the world that can alter that.

in india we cant acess the data connection while in call.so that's quite normal.hoping your from india

Not really.. If you are on 2g connection, you cannot use internet during calls.. But if you use 3g, you can use internet even during calls

yeah you are right but 3G is not there in every circle.so max users are of 2G
