Why can't I play Netflix in any browser using Windows 10 Technical Preview?

I can't play Netflix in any broswer using Windows 10 Technical Preview

I am on build 9926, and I can't get netflix to stream, it just goes to a page that tells me what browser I should install and what the basic system requirements are. I looked at a few other topics about not being able to play youtube or other variants, none of the solutions worked. I did the upgrade path, not a clean install.

Anyone else find a solution to this issue, or, is everyone's issues just a little bit off, yet the same result, can't play netflix using any browser in Windows 10 Technical Preview?

Install the Netflix app, it works fine.
