    had my rt for a few months and had problems from day 1. took it back to pc world a few times and the just messed about with it at the counter.yesterday I took it back again and they said nothing wrong got home did a factory reset it ran ok for a while then I got a partial black screen the it froze all together , won't turn off and nothing works on the screen. cant swipe left rite up or down frozen...

    Sorry you're having problems.
    Is there any way to get the Surface back to Microsoft?
    Have you been able to update the Surface to the latest version?

    The RT I had was somewhat slow without the updates.
    This could be a defective eMMC drive in the tab also.
