Upgraded to Windows 10 and not a lot of things dont work

I know Win 10 is not yet ready.I wanted to install it on new partition but it didnt offer me this option so it upgraded my win 8.1! I have Lenovo G50 laptop. I know, it is my mistake.

Now a lot of things are broken: Start button doesn't work. You click on it and it just blinks and nothing happens. So no start menu. New "Metro" Settings doesn't work - it open but it is empty, nothing loads. So now I cant actually set anything or access most of the settings. I cant even connect to different wifi because clicking on wifi icon in tray bring up Settings window and it is empty (just violet background shows).

I tried http://forums.windowscentral.com/windows-10-technical-preview/337063-windows-10-start-menu-broken-build-9926-a.html but it doesn't fix it. Some said to change to Tablet mode but there is no tablet mode available. I cant even set the update frequency to fast or check for updates because - again- Settings window show just violet background with 1 large gear on it.

Apparently I cant downgrade anymore, is there anything I an do or am I screwed?
