Why isn't my Nokia Lumia 1320 starting?

Nokia lumia 1320 does not start, can you please let me know how tostart

I bought new phone nokia lumia 1320 charged the phone for 30 minutes, try to switch on could not start

Remove SD card + battery, then try again

Lumia 1320 do not have a user removable battery .. Remove SD card. Plug in charger and leave for 30mins. Press and hold power button for about 10 seconds. Additionally, make sure the device is not overheating. If it is, it won't start to prevent component damage.
