Why isn't my Lumia 635 letting me install apps even with 1GB of free space?

Lumia 635 do not let me install apps even with 1GB of free space

Whatsapp suddenly weighs 1.2GB :/ so windows do not let me update any app

I erased some songs and videos and went from 400mb free space to 1.1GB free space, but the phone still do not let me update ANY app :/
What can I do? how much space do I still need?
I want to update music app, it just weigh like 2mb... so what's the problem? I could uninstall whatsapp but if the phone still do not let me to install apps what will I do?

Do you get a failure code?
Did you use storage sense to delete temp files(even if they show 0 delete them) and IE history.
Did you restart your phone after you deleted the files.
Do you have a SD card.
If you set the download to SD card change it to internal memory and check if you can update?

As harrie mentioned, it could be a generic error not related to space. If you get a error code mention it here so someone can help

Sorry, it was a stupid thing XD... I just was just touching the update in the store and the phone was telling me me that I needed more space... solution?... Long touch and select "retry download"... >_<
