Lumia 1020 Software Recovery Tool 0x80070003 Error
My Nokia Lumia 1020 needs to be recovered (it started to stop updating time and date and has several other app problems, doesn't run Whatsapp, doesn't check emails, doesn't keep pictures taken... and an endless array of problems).
So I downloaded the Lumia Software Recovery Tool version 5.0.5 (latest update). But the recovery process fails every time. The error message is:
"Software installation failed
Software installation failed. Error code: 0x80070003. You may try to recover or cancel. If you cancel, your phone may stop working.
Please make sure that only ONE phone is connected."
(I only have one phone connected, of course).
Please help.
