Why isn't my Bing lock screen updating (Lumia 730)?

Bing lockscreen doesn't update. (Lumia 730)

If I manually go and switch the lockscreen to something else and back to Bing, the wallpaper updates. No updated image otherwise. This problem exists only on my 730, not on my 1520.

Yes, I searched everywhere and only found soft reset as a solution. That didn't work for me. Anything I'm missing here?

You can try this: change lock screen from Bing to something else, it will update manually and then leave it alone for few days. After that Bing should update on daily basis. If that doesn't work you can install some 3rd party app,Personally I use Paperclip free. It has cool feature which allows you to set the time of daily wallpaper update of lock screen and Bing regions..Canada,Germany,Japan, etc.
