What happens when we do hard reset our phones alot of time? Does the hardware get damage? Or are there any other problems?

There's no damage to hardware. At least in the real-world. Someone may argue that a few extra read/write cycles would shorten the storage life. But the measurable effect would be so small as to be meaningless.

Main problems may be data usage in reinstalling apps and settings backups (if you need the data/settings, always make sure you've got an up to date backup before resetting).
