How can I get my Microsoft Lumia 521 ringer working again?

Microsoft Lumia 521 phone. Ringer does not work

Ringer does not work for incoming calls. Vibrator does not work eather.

My volume is on. Speaker works after I answer the call.

Phone is 3 days old - and was working fine till an hour ago.

There are two volume controls
One for speaker volume and one for ringer/notifications.
Please push the volume up and then you will see at the top of the screen a pop up window.
There you can control the ringer and speaker volume.
If this is still not clear check the manual of your phone.
