How can I get an Lumia Icon on AT&T?

I want the lumia icon (new) for at&t really badly. Can i know the process that i need to go through in order to get it for this carrier. Where can i unlock? How much will it cost? Will i be able to get a sim card for my number from at&t? also issues regarding gsm, Lte, etc. I'm really bas at this.

The Lumia Icon is the Verizon variant of the Lumia 930. Probably due to an exclusivity of the Icon, at&t never carried the 930, and it is very unlikely that they will. You can choose to buy the phone unlocked and put your at&t SIM in the phone, but you will pay the outright cost of the phone. Due to the phone not being built for US users, the phone will lack the proper radio frequencies required to get LTE in America. Your connection will max out at 3G HSPA+ speeds, which is still fast.
