    all the system apps like calendar or email became something like that, and most of others are just became a color block. none clickable. restart wont help.

    put the phone connected to wifi or data network, open store and from settings hit check update. Most probably all those apps will be kind of re-installed and you should be good in some time (time depends on your network speed :D )
    Also if this phone has memory card, try to scan the memory card when you restart the phone and it shows a message that card needs re-scan.
