hei am Thierry patrick from RWANDA and i bought a nokia lumia521 in USA and when right mow am in RWANDA bt the phone is not responding to my sim card it is asking for the unloack code then can i have u help plz just reach me at [redacted]

If you DO get emails about this DO NOT PROVIDE YOUR IMEI number to anyone contacting you.

Lumia 521 is locked to T-Mobile USA. They do not do unlocks for non-customers of theirs so far as I know. You will have to try an unlock service.
