Push notifications for facebook, messenger and skype don't work or work selectively.

Messenger sometimes works fine for couple of days, than again stops giving notifications. Skype calls have no notifications unless the app is open, what makes it useless!

Are you using Battery Saver? If so, do you have it set so those apps are always allowed?
