Ok I am getting fed up with wp phones , there are literally 100 of problems, , I have a l 620 at first the wifi connection was not working then I restarted the phone I still didn't work the I did a soft reset and after the nokia logo in the boot up now come a empty page with ' ' this sad face , I did a soft reset again and the same problem I took off the battery and inserted again nothing happened , and no I am not in Windows 10 technical preview-does any knows the solution please help me if you do please

A solution for the sad face or the windows 10 preview.

If soft reset does not help try a hard reset or even better use the Lumia software recovery tool.

For windows preview on you phone you have to wait till it will be released for your device. (like many other people).

It's a borked bootup sector. If the image on the phone is also corrupt, use LSRT and the "won't boot" option. FAQ - How can I recover/reset/restore my phone software? - Microsoft - USA

Ah I tried the volume down, volume up down trick and it hard resetted
