Where do you retrieve your backed up apps, games and photos?

I want to do a hard reset on my Lumia 521 and preferably return to 8.0. instead of the preview for developers 8.1, and then update to 8.1 when it comes out. My phone has become very laggy and shows system bar almost full with like 4 gigs of info?? Inaccurate. I have my photos set to autoupload, but they aren't in One drive? Games and apps are backed up, but to where, how do I get them back?

If you have your photos set to auto upload, they should be in Onedrive under /pictures/camera roll.

Your apps and games are tied to your Microsoft account, when you sign into this account upon a new install, the backed up apps/games will install with it.
